In an effort to save trees and move more in to the 21st century, Grestone Academy are going digital! As of September we hope to be sending letters out via email, making them accessible on the school website and using a text messaging system to get important information out to parents. In order for this to work, we need to make sure that we have the most up to date information for parents, so please ensure that you complete the attached form and return to school as soon as possible.
We have also attached to this letter a medical information sheet that we need all parents to complete in order to make sure we have the most up to date information for your child(ren). It is essential that this form is returned so that we know that your child’s medical information is correct. Mobile phone numbers are also essential in order for the school to contact parents during an emergency. If we cannot contact you in this event, it will be necessary to contact social services, therefore the more contact information we have, the better.
Please complete the pupil contact and medical information sheets attached and return to the school office.
